The question is: Is it in the game already?

(also this somehow triggered the zelda item jingle)

I'm hoping every leaked bit of info triggers the zelda item jingle. It does that for me every single time.

It's not hooked up yet, but Coby's working on that.

Love the cat wand thingy XD

Beastkeeper's looking quite nice too! Will she be joining the fray in the near future or is she still a little bit down the road?

It will take us a minimum of 2 weeks to finish the Beastkeeper - probably closer to 3. We'll keep you all posted ;)

Are any of the other classes getting the same touch up treatment?

Can't deny that she's a girl now. Just no jiggle physics please :P

The fur looks so fluffy!

I touch them all up a bit before we begin doing the rotations. Usually after so much time has passed there are certain things I don't like about the designs anymore. But now that I think about it, since the Musketeer, Elementalist, and Harlequin were farther along in the character design process, they are a bit more refined and might not need as much work. The Assassin I'm going to change a little bit, probably change some of the metallic-looking armor to cloth. It won't seem like a major change though at game resolution since it will use the same colors more or less.

Ahh! Real awesome. I noticed you changed the colors around a bit with the Beast Keeper, is that to make her more distinct with her pallet and not overlap so much with the Elementalist?

I wanted to soften the beastkeepers colors a bit, make the fur feel more... Furry :) I also wanted to give her a bit more femininity in colors, the eyes, etc. Her breasts are much more noticeable I suppose, but that was really more a byproduct of wanting her to have that rib cage "armor" which I had sketched in the postcard art. I was also wanting her to be more feminine because of some of the personality/lore we've been building around her.

It looks great, the ribcage breastplate is pretty cool! She really feels more Beast Keeper-y and more furry, the hat is great. Excited to see the rest now!

So those cups are supposed to be more like a ribcage... They look s lot like seashells for sure.

Now onto story matters: Likely she wears fur to be close to animals, so does that mean that the Beastkeeper has no qualms killing animals (makes sense if she's more a fan of the natural order)? Her being female also hints maternal topics.

Can classes also vary in sizes (as long as ingame systems permit it)? I ask, because the Harlequin looks a lot smaller than the rest of the crew.

I'm waiting for Elementarnold.

We'll release some official bios for the characters down the road, but here's a short version - the Beastkeeper loves and respects nature, and keeps company with animals. She has some power over them (kind of like hypnosis), and therefore in Beastkeeper culture, the superiority of humans over animals is not in question - there is no such thing as animal rights. If a Beastkeeper needs meat for food or furs for clothing, she will take a beast that is least necessary to a pack, yet serves her purpose. She will take no more or less than she needs. Beastkeepers are also true to their own feelings, impulses, and emotions and keep them in balance. They will indulge in some luxuries or recreations (jewelry, food, drink, etc), but never in excess. They are fairly nomadic, and often live in small gypsy-like communities as families. Young adult Beastkeepers often go out into nature alone until they have children and settle into a nomadic group.
